The truth is what people want to believe.
L. Ron Hubbard
We beliefs. Everybody has.
We have views on politics, economics, religion, the people, the way they should be conducted nationwide, the city, the municipality, the institutions, police, justice the educational process, the family. Technology, football, morality, sex, the next ... All this is to form a set of "beliefs" that is with us, guiding our daily actions, large and small.
These "body" encompasses our whole life and define it in a way, bound by rules of life, thoughts and behaviors that derive from the beliefs we have accepted. But this set of beliefs unites or divides? Leads to clarity or confusion? Peace or war? Collaboration or antagonism? Beliefs are shared or antagonistic? They are a help or hindrance? Facilitate or hinder? Lead to success or failure?
We believe in a God of a thousand loaded rites or in the case that created the universe, in capitalism or free market, in the social teaching or the ability individual order or iron in democracy, in the car or public transport, in our families or ourselves, in human brotherhood or the need to remain separate, in politics or volunteer, work or leisure, in the house owned or rented ... in every aspect of our lives we believe in something.
There is a web denser than this?
How can a truly free mind to make a decision in such a tangle of constraints? What the autonomy left? May apply to their own beliefs a little 'freedom to live and there really is distinct from the tangles of his own thought binding? Or will be forced at any time to adjust his freedom, his desire for life, the system of rules, beliefs, which has imposed?
And above all, can enjoy peace and happiness by living this way?
Now that you've broken through the wall to test, what will you do in the next cell?
Stanislaw J. Lec
How many beliefs there are in our minds? How much we really need? How many are born every day? How many of them making them accept the rule of our life? And how many actually can handle, accept, deal with a mind that wants to be alone?
Yet, once acquired a new belief, opinion, we are reluctant to abandon it. The load in our mind and it creates a new constraint, a new conditioned response.
we to live without believing in anything?
beliefs are essential. But it's better if they remain such, essential beliefs. Instead proliferated dramatically. From the original core originate thousands, millions of beliefs in a lifetime, of all types, embracing the whole of our existence, all fields, in a choke hold.
You fight for them, sometimes without any utilities, but we are pressed to defend our beliefs, fearing a future in which they will no longer be accepted. We are willing to defend the war. The belief away people, divides, creates hatred, resentment, division and fatigue. The belief, not the essential, necessary, but those that we have synthesized a range of truths in our minds on the basis of endless speeches, experiences, fears, successes and failures, are the root cause of our effort to live with others. It does not mean we have to accept others' beliefs, in fact, but the same beliefs are an obstacle, a constraint which inevitably leads to forms of friction, and can not be resolved in any way, until there.
We used to believe everything we think. It is a mistake.
Often what we think is not real.
Wilfried Reiter
But the struggle goes much further. We fight against the same beliefs that are in us. We strive to make them exist together, reconcile, adapt to the times, renew. We fight but is held tight. The defending itself. Even when what shows us that you can not defend them. Enter into competition with our feelings, our souls, among them, all looking for a place in our minds and our hearts, each wants to dominate the other, creating endless confusion and constraints, defining a personality, but at the same time obliges, preventing it from being what he wants to be and live what I want to live.
The belief is the grid within which force us to live.
tried to build a house, a hierarchy in which all can live together without throwing out any. We work, we toil, we exist for our beliefs, for their maintenance. But they give us back from being realized?
beliefs divide. The persons, peoples, cultures, of course, generate conflicts, intolerance and war without end. What comes out of the belief in the diagram is immediately thwarted. But split up the identity and mind in many parts of opposing and often irreconcilable, overloaded.
E 'possible to live believing in very, very few essentials and let rest for free?
not change beliefs, not substitute for a belief to another, but to be, really, completely free. Cultivating the only center of its belief as a flower watered by water enjoyed in full, without wasting thousands of streams in all rooms, tiresome, misleading, to no avail. Reaching out to life with their identity but as if it were at all times new. Enjoy a mind free and at peace.
a closer glance at everything as if for the first time, moment by moment, we enjoy it without being boring, without the constraints of the past. Move away from the trap that creates the cumulative barrier between themselves and the reality of their lives.
E 'possible?

The methods can be one million or more. But the principles are few.
Grab the principles and methods to successfully choose.
