Eating healthy?
Before you eat something sometimes it's best to check what it says about the label. Often it does not contain everything that the product contains but does not look bad!
foods such as vegetables grown with pesticides, chemical fertilizers, pollutants, handling, processing industries and agricultural off-season there are definitely good!
addition to pasta and bread handled with dyes and toxins used only to make them more "attractive", even the sweets are stuffed with everything and more. The worst is that these substances, which make PPIU tasty foods, they are not at all good for our body. What we can do is reduce the ingestion of food, "harassment". In the post below
you will find some of the substances to be avoided.

How Long After A Herpe Outbreak Can I Shave?
What can we do?
I am aware that prefer certain products over others may affect the view taken of some of the injustices that occur.
But are we really sure that the products we choose to help the situation?
am also convinced that unity is strength, but actually buy the products that help? Maybe they can help the industry injustices, but the industry pollution? We yield to do good but who says that the food we buy, we have an envelope which shall not be damaging the environment? It is thought that recycling is something better, but because they pollute the factories that recycle waste?
These days people are talking about global warming, but we screwed up we are not there now. And 'our fault that the world will be submerged by the waters because inqinando us that we have extended the ozone hole.
Maybe making some small adjustments in everyday life we \u200b\u200bcould salvage something, but now maybe it's too late.
" survey conducted by Marco Baldi, Department of Chemistry, University of Pavia in collaboration with the Analytical Laboratory, on behalf of Legambiente and the Greens in the Lombardy Region reveals that the formaldehyde compound recognized certainly a human carcinogen by IARC, International Agency for Research on Cancer, and 'present in the cardboard packaging and cardboard used for packaging pasta and rice, or bread to contain the fast food, and in some paper products such as notebooks, tissues and cartaspugna . "
" The quantity 'of formaldehyde ranging from very low values, such as those found in paper cups (1.3 milligrams per kilogram) amounts to' much more 'high as those found in a packet of biscuits ( 52.0), in a pack of sea salt (45.3) in a container of a sandwich of a fast food restaurant (44.7). The more 'contained were found in a container full penne (31) in a container teabags' decaffeinated (30.2) and for soybean plant in a container (30) . "
" According to new studies Epidemiological studies in workers engaged in the synthesis of formaldehyde, the IARC in June 2004 has classified formaldehyde in Group 1 carcinogen, that 'among those''certain''to humans. The European Union, however, 'still does not recognize as safe carcinogen. "
" Formaldehyde and 'a highly irritating substance. His presence is immediately felt because of characteristic of the typical and burning eyes. The most concern is, however, its ability to induce mutations and cancer. For exposure and nasopharyngeal cancer 'inhaled. Ingestion, even in large doses, it causes cancers of the nose or throat. Testing conducted animals have reported an increase in leukemia, in which case it is also important to swallow. The survey conducted by NCI on more than 25 thousand workers confirmed an increase in deaths from leukemia. "

guide books to critical consumption
guide to critical consumption
Centre New Development Model - Francesco Gesualdi
New updated edition 2003, new tables, new brands, new criteria. On thrust of the critical consumption, many companies have chosen the path of social and environmental responsibility. But too many continue to violate human rights, exploit small producers in the South, want to impose genetically modified organisms, supporting oppressive regimes, financing choices of war, supplying the armies. Here the need for information to make businesses feel the whole weight of our consumers who say no to irresponsible behavior. This guide helps you determine which products to fall back on your buying decisions, to get companies to behave better, because consumption has on them the power of life or death. The information collected on this refer to the 170 Italian and foreign groups that meet more frequently at the supermarket. They are organized for both road maps (second part) that card company (third party) so you can choose more easily.
Martin Madalina.
Another proposal is: Guide to responsible consumption
From boycott to the Fair Trade
Francesco Gesualdi - New Model Development Center
Child labor, beatings, denial of trade union rights, illegal dumping , here's what can be hidden behind many products we buy every day. But the series is far from exhausted: the production of weapons, tax evasion, use of tax havens, misleading advertising, financing of oppressive regimes, genetic manipulation. If we make our consumption involuntary accomplices of this, we also know that the consumer can become a powerful weapon to change the course of history and that consumers can have power of life or death business. Here is the message of hope and denunciation of this book, which lays bare the tricks that lie behind the pristine image of many companies

What Does Pa Drivers License Look Like?
nothing to do!! The alternative trade
Hello (greeting)! Speaking of this critical consumer right ... I think that things should be changed to improve the world and are Conscious that The big companies take advantage of every opportunity to get their profit and that sometimes crossed the line, destroying the lives ... and other monstrous things. Obviously I do not know how to express this but I was not that we mere mortals can do much to stop this phenomenon, because the market will exist for clothes that make us feel good (which are comfortable to wear), food that we like to eat and many other things that belong to large corporations, people can not live without ... I think to combat this phenomenon, the fight must start somewhere from such government or anything like that (but they have no interest in stopping ),, so the only thing we can do is: take things carefully!

Women Chest Sitting Men
Boycott companies to induce them to behave better is possible. However you should know that to get the results you need perseverance and a long time. That's why an important strategy is that of alternative trade that has two main purposes:
1) Offer an immediate solution to those who are victims of oppressive trade;
2) Try out a business model based on different principles.
The most important form of alternative trade made so far is the trade Fair organized in response to serious forms of exploitation were carried out by multinationals.
trade and social development
Trade Fair is not concerned only to ensure decent wages to producers, but also seeks to strengthen co-operatives and social structures in order to improve the production of individual and provide community services to health, educational, social. Unfortunately, in the slums of the southern countries, where there are producers of fair trade, health and education conditions are desperate.
"TRADE NOT AID" (trade not charity)
The poor should be helped to leave the South to their situation of poverty with no charity but with the market because the charity establishes a relationship of subordination, while the trade is based on the relationship of equality. For example, the crafts produced by Preda, an organization founded in 1973 in Olangapo in the Philippines. This town who lived as a function of foreign presence (thanks to the American naval base which was then closed in 1992) offered drugs and prostitution. Preda was born to help the victims of drugs, prostitution and poverty by creating training courses and providing job opportunities.

Nestle?
oppressive regime: Nestlé has subsidiaries in Brazil, China, Colombia, Egypt, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Lebanon, Mexico, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Senegal, Sri Lanka, Turkey. L'Oreal is also present in Peru and Morocco.
Labor Relations: in 1989 workers at a chocolate factory in Caçapa, Brazil, they did strike. The workers complained of poor working conditions, including discrimination against women, lack of protective clothing and inadequate safety. Within two months of the start of the strike the company had laid off 40 of its workers, including most of the organizers of the strike.
irresponsible marketing: recent moves Nestle in the field of milk powder for infants include a further violation of the Code of the WHO, namely the publication of his new hypo-allergenic milk, Good Start, USA. It is known that some infants have suffered from shock 'anaphylactic' with danger for their lives after being fed this product. See also under boycott.
TEST ON ANIMALS: L'Oreal is currently being boycotted for its continued use of animal testing. The same Nestle has recently been criticized by the BUAV (British antivivisection) for doing tests for carcinogenicity in mice of its coffee.
boycott campaign: Nestle is currently the subject of a worldwide boycott irresponsible advertising of milk powder, and L'Oreal for testing on animals.
