LIVE WITHOUT EFFORT - PART SEVEN

To fully understand the beauty of a country devoid of contrasts, creative, must be considered its antithesis, the effort.

J Krishnamurti

struggle to self-realization, to become (get). I am this and I want to be the one. In becoming "one" (which is not) is already implicit contrast, psychological conflict.

In this struggle, our concern 's self through the achievement of a goal. The strive for a goal, object, person, idea. And that requires constant struggle, mental stress, nervous strain. The effort seems inevitable.

is it? It 's inevitable struggle to become (get)? What stems from this fight?

Wherever there is desire for self-at any level, to whatever extent, we will fight.

Self-realization is the reason for the push behind the effort. It is the manager of the home, employed, poor, rich, all's the same battle to be (get), build, go ahead.

Where does the desire for self-realization?

The desire for self-realization, to become someone, something, arises when one is aware of being nothing. They are nothing, empty, helpless, inadequate, poor, only ... Struggle to become something. Externally and internally, to become a lot, made in a person, thing, idea. Our whole existence is a struggle to fill that emptiness, struggle to accumulate assets, people or cultivate inner riches.

The effort is an attempt to escape from the emptiness. It is expressed through action, the acquisition of success, power, with ... Or through contemplation, introspective work, dreams, escape from reality, from that terrible emptiness inside.

This is the daily struggle: aware of my inadequacy, inner poverty, struggling to escape, that divide. But the flight, the emasculation, the attempt to hide the emptiness, to others and themselves, there is still, always, fighting, conflict and exhaustion.

But what if you decide not to escape more that void?

What happens if you do not make any effort to escape? If you decide to try to live with that lonely (empty). And in accepting that void we find the emergence of a was new creative and surprising, that has nothing to do with the effort. It is understandable to be alive and not dead. Indeed, more alive than before, when he felt the terror of that state of nothingness?

What happens then?
