air you breathe, you can feel and see in bars, pubs, taverns and social centers, streets and squares. A part of the city is driven by an indomitable spirit continually facing critical against injustice, repression and blind witch hunt, which always feeds every prohibition. The consequences dell'aberrante concept of law expressed by the Mayor which are large-scale trafficking of drugs remain uncontrolled and thrive undisturbed
(and almost always end up in jail only the ordinary consumers or small dealers), as the endless speculation that urban base their earnings on the exploitation of illegal workers are often illegal immigrants, and blackmailed with no protection while the fat lobby of the owners of homes continues to extortionists
students and temporary workers with rents for more gold in black and leaving thousands of empty properties. We are seeing

an important driver for the political, cultural and social city. Bologna is quite simply the undisputed center of the District of Pleasure, a fact which has contributed to Fellini and also that the world envies us, or rather envies. Our winning card in the globalized world is represented by a mix of meat and sensuality, and
cultural production projects ranging from food to nightlife, from industry to tourism, policy areas at national and international development with a potential for the future through an extensive system of welfare, as well as conflict and freedom won with weapons of self-determination.
NOT ALL GOOD COMES FROM
In this configuration, groups, associations and individuals participating in the project "Bologna City Open-Open Your Mind," consider it important to react to the attempt to pollute the city and our social life to exceed the folly of Prohibition, which unfortunately affects everyone. It is finally starting paths of prosperity and ease in order to heal and deal humanely and effectively while
situations critical in the city. We
"Bologna City Open-Open Your Mind" we want to open, in addition to space, the heart and mind with the intent to awaken the positive energy of this city rather than engaging in a suicidal confrontation between residents and "nomads" of all kinds. Who undertakes
adheres to the free movement of ideas and people and respect the freedoms of each and all.
